…Then consider applying to serve as a volunteer Board Member. The Board meets regularly on the third Monday of the month at 5:15 p.m. at the library. Trustees are also assigned to committees that meet on an as-needed basis. Trustees are expected to make a commitment to active participation and consistent attendance.

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT-RISK.
The St. Clairsville Public Library Board of Trustees, in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Sections 9.33 through 9.335 and Ohio Administrative Code 153:1-6-01, is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms to provide Construction Manager At-Risk (CMR) Services for the St. Clairsville Public Library Phase 1 Library Renovation Project, and additional related improvements as deemed necessary by the Library. The Project is anticipated to include preconstruction and construction services. Interested firms may request an RFQ from Jo Papillo, Director, at director@stclibrary.org. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. A Pre-Proposal meeting for interested firms to learn more about the Project and visit the Project site will be April 15, 2025, at 10:00 am. Firms interested in a contract for CMR Services must deliver their SOQ to the Library at 108 W. Main Street, St. Clairsville, OH 43950 no later than 12:00 pm local time, on Friday, May 2, 2025. SOQs received after this date will not be considered. The CMR will be selected using a qualifications-based process during the RFQ stage to develop a short list and best value process during the RFP stage. The best value criteria used in evaluating proposals from short-listed firms will include such factors that are determined to derive or offer the greatest value to the Library, combining both qualifications and fees.
