Teen Tabletop Gaming

The St. Clairsville Public Library now has a Teen Tabletop Gaming Club twice a month. Any teen in grades 6-12 can stop by after school to play games and eat snacks. Teen Tabletop Gaming Club September 11th and 25th October 2nd and 16th November 6 and 20th December 4th and 18th Stop by anytime between 2:30pm-5:30pm.  The feature games for the club will be the Pathfinder role playing game and Magic the Gathering card game. New games can be recommended by attendees with future purchase based on demand. Technology Center

The St. Clairsville Public Library Technology Center opened on Friday, December 13, 2013.   The Technology Center is located on the second floor of the library and is open to the public free of charge. Computers are available for use and tables are set up for wireless users. The Technology Center was funded by donations from the Feisley Family, as well as the Friends of the Library, and the Library’s Board of Trustees. Our Book Discussion Group meets one Friday every month at 1:00pm to discuss a selected book. Participants may stop by the front desk to pick up a copy, and new members can join at any time! Mother Goose, Preschool Storytime, and Toddler Time

Registration is mandatory for all Children’s Programs. We do not accept new attendees that have not been registered at the Children’s Department Desk. How to register: Registration is taken on a first come, first served basis. Space for programs is limited, so call the Children’s Department as soon as possible when registration for that session begins. If a program is full, we will take a waiting list and call if a spot becomes available for that specific session. A parent/guardian must call to register their child for each session. Check out our Program Calendar to see when registration for each session begins!  Mother Goose Time – a program for younger children filled with rhymes and fun activities. (For children 6-24 months old with a caregiver). You must be registered to attend. Preschool Story Time includes stories, crafts, and activities for our young library patrons. (For children 3-5 years old). You must be registered to attend. Toddler Time is for children 24-36 months who enjoy playing, stories, and activities. (A caregiver must be present).
