The library is located across the street from the Belmont County Courthouse on Rt. 40 in St. Clairsville, OH.

Directions from I-70 West:

• Take Exit 216 and turn right onto Rt. 9 North
• Make a right at the traffic light onto Main Street
• The library is located at the end of the block on the right hand side, directly across from the courthouse.

Directions from 1-70 East:

• Take Exit 216 and turn left onto Rt. 9 North
• Make a right at the traffic light onto Main Street
• The library is located at the end of the block on the right hand side, directly across from the courthouse.

Parking:

The library parking lot can be found off of Patricks Alley behind the library building.  Library spaces are designated by signs that read “Library Only.”  Parking spaces without signs indicate that those spaces belong to the City of St. Clairsville.

Library visitors may access the library through the rear entrance by pressing the intercom button to the left of the rear door.

Our universal access entrance is through the front door located on Main Street.
